Paris on Super 8

Paris and Super 8 belong together. The grain, the soft colours and the slight flicker of the film suit the city’s stone façades, the arcades and the evening light over the Seine better than any digital camera. For Belle and Cole we followed the whole weekend with Super 8 cameras – from the first coffee on a café terrace to the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night.

Château de Champlâtreux is an 18th-century château surrounded by formal gardens, less than an hour’s drive north of Paris. It is a popular choice for couples who want a classic French château wedding without leaving the city behind: guests can stay in Paris, spend the first days exploring and arrive at the château for the wedding day itself.
