About Airelles Gordes, La Bastide

Airelles Gordes, La Bastide is a palace hotel in the hilltop village of Gordes, one of the most beautiful villages in Provence, with terraces and gardens looking out over the Luberon valley. Few places combine village charm and luxury so naturally.

Yasmine and Charles brought their Persian traditions to Provence – a celebration full of colour, music and family that I filmed together with their planner Love & Provence. Multicultural weddings are some of my favourite to film: every family brings its own rituals, and the film should honour all of them.

More weddings in Provence and on the French Riviera.

Good to know

For multicultural weddings I plan the filming together with the couple and the planner, so every tradition and ritual is covered and explained in the film. Gordes is small and steep, so shuttles for guests between the hotel and the village make the evening much easier.
